Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION
Before making a reservation with TRIXIFIED TRAVEL, clients are encouraged to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By proceeding with a booking, the Client acknowledges that he/she/they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as those of third-party suppliers contracted by TRIXIFIED TRAVEL.
The Client also warrants that TRIXIFIED TRAVEL shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, or negligence of such third parties. The person making the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all travelers in the group and is responsible for all payments due.
The purchase of any travel services offered by TRIXIFIED TRAVEL constitutes a contractual agreement between the Client and TRIXIFIED TRAVEL and represents the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. DATA PRIVACY
TRIXIFIED TRAVEL values client privacy and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Client information may be shared only with partner companies directly involved in the reservation or booking process.
All shared data will be treated in accordance with the partner company’s Privacy Policy and will be retained by TRIXIFIED TRAVEL for one (1) year after completion of service, unless required by law for longer retention.
3. ABOUT US
TRIXIFIED TRAVEL is an independent Virtual Travel Assistant based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
By booking a tour package, the client hires TRIXIFIED TRAVEL to:
Search and secure the best deals for their chosen destination.
Arrange flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transfers, and local tours through accredited partners.
TRIXIFIED TRAVEL acts solely as an intermediary and does not represent any airline, hotel, travel agency, or tour provider.
4. BOOKING CONDITIONS
4.1 Flight Bookings
Clients must review and verify all flight details within 24 hours of receiving the flight itinerary. Any incorrect details (names, dates, destinations, etc.) not reported within this period will be the sole responsibility of the Client.
4.2 Booking Timeline
All travel arrangements should be booked at least three (3) business days in advance. For group tours, it is recommended to book several weeks or months before the desired date.
4.3 Confirmation Process
Once the Client has submitted booking details and the required down payment, TRIXIFIED TRAVEL will issue a pro-forma invoice and booking confirmation via email or message.
If any service (e.g., car rental or accommodation) is unavailable, an alternative will be offered. If declined, a refund will be issued for that unavailable service.
4.4 Eligibility
Bookings are available to clients aged 18 years and above, who have the authority and capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
5. TERMS OF PAYMENT
5.1 Payment Policy
A Non-Refundable Down Payment of 50% of the total package price is required upon booking.
For bookings made less than seven (7) days before arrival, full payment is required.
Payments are accepted via bank deposit, fund transfer, or e-wallets.
Credit card payments are accepted only via a secure Xendit payment link, subject to the terms of our affiliate processors.

6. VALIDITY OF PRICES
All rates quoted are based on current prices and are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier price increases beyond TRIXIFIED TRAVEL’s control.
Once an invoice is issued, prices are guaranteed unless government-imposed changes or currency shifts exceed 5% of the package cost. Increases beyond 10% entitle the Client to cancel the booking for a full refund, provided that flights and hotels have not been confirmed.
7. CANCELLATION TERMS AND REFUNDS
7.1 General Policy
All confirmed bookings, including the 50% down payment, are Non-Refundable.
There will be no refunds for unused tours, transfers, or hotel accommodations.
7.2 Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within thirty (30) days before the travel date require full payment of the total package cost.
7.3 Force Majeure and Special Circumstances
In cases of natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure, refund or rebooking eligibility will depend on the supplier’s or hotel’s policy.
TRIXIFIED TRAVEL will assist clients with rebooking or refund processing, but final approval lies with the supplier.
7.4 Airline Tickets
Airfare cancellations or changes are subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies.
TRIXIFIED TRAVEL acts solely as a booking agent and is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling.
Additional costs due to such events are the client’s responsibility.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
TRIXIFIED TRAVEL shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures of transportation providers.
Refunds or rebooking decisions in such events shall be at the sole discretion of TRIXIFIED TRAVEL, in coordination with its suppliers.
9. LIABILITY
TRIXIFIED TRAVEL acts in good faith as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, etc.) and shall not be liable for:
Breach of contract, acts, or omissions by third-party suppliers.
Loss, damage, delay, injury, death, or accident arising during travel.
Airline schedule changes, cancellations, or other causes beyond reasonable control.
By confirming a booking, the Client voluntarily assumes all travel-related risks.
All luggage and personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the Clien
10. INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in package prices. Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings. Failure to secure such insurance releases TRIXIFIED TRAVEL from any liability related to such risks.
11. DOCUMENTATION
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination records, and other required travel documents. TRIXIFIED TRAVEL shall not be held liable for denial of entry, fines, or penalties resulting from incomplete or invalid documents.
12. COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 calendar days after the end of the tour. Complaints received beyond this period will not be entertained.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine laws. Any disputes shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of Quezon City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.
14. PHOTO AND MEDIA CONSENT
Clients agree that photos or videos taken by TRIXIFIED TRAVEL staff during tours may be used for promotional purposes on the company’s official social media and marketing materials, without compensation or prior notice.
15. ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By proceeding with a booking or payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions stated herein.
Retention of travel vouchers, tickets, or invoices constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
